PREAH has been awarded the full M&E package on a high profile industrial project!
We are delighted to announce that PREAH were recently awarded the full M&E package on a high profile industrial project, working directly for the end client. This well-known international manufacturing company required the fit out of their newly built facility in the west of Scotland, comprising an impressive 240,000 sq ft combined area.
To win this exciting project, a competitive tendering process was initiated in January 2024 and PREAH were given preferred bidder status by February. By this time, we had already completed all re-engineering, co-ordination and planning, despite the challenging timescale. Securing this contract demonstrates our ability to understand, and to react quickly to, our clients’ requirements and provide them with robust bid submissions that stand out from the competition.
We are pleased to report that, as at July 2024, this project is nearing completion and we will be providing finer detail here soon.
