We have been working with the Old Course Hotel since 2022 and the FM services PREAH provides have expanded to include the full M&E maintenance services for this world-renowned hotel and sporting venue.
Being discreet and mindful while on site is a priority for us and for the client. We work closely with the Hotel to ensure our works are structured around their needs and cause no disruption to their guests and visitors.
Our daily report offers the client full visibility and an overview of all ongoing works, the status of planned and reactive services and their expected completion dates.
The Old Course Hotel hosted the Golf Open Championship and PREAH’s FM Team were a major part of ensuring all equipment on site was fully operational. A pre-event meeting was held to agree any critical spares required on site as well as staffing requirements. PREAH provided 24hr manned support on site for heating and cooling.
Our CAFM portal gives the client easy access to all certification and asset information, which helps them ensure that all their equipment is fully compliant.
Asset tagging is a key part of our mobilisation strategy for all clients and we worked diligently with the Old Course Hotel to ensure all assets, which are the responsibility of PREAH’s FM Division to maintain, were properly tagged and logged. This has ensured that all equipment is being serviced, per our agreement, and remains compliant. The details collected are also a handy reference for the client in terms of the quantity and types of equipment held on site and their condition. This represents key information to assist clients in efficient spending and budgeting for future upgrades.
