The scope of works was the refurbishment of the lower ground office at 140 West George Street. PREAH were contracted to carry out the following:
- Install a new Daikin VRV AC Heat Recovery System with external unit on the roof and indoor units supplying the office area.
- New drainage and plumbing supplied to the toilet and kitchen areas.
- New sanitaryware fit out of accessible showers and toilets together with new sanitaryware in the communal toilets.
- Fit out of tea preps and kitchen for staff.
