Aspect House, located in Blantyre, will undergo major works.
We are delighted to confirm that we have been subcontracted by AKP Scotland to conduct major works on Aspect House in Blantyre, currently occupied by Scottish Power.
This award is the latest in a series of new project appointments for PREAH.
The project consists of a full mechanical and electrical refurbishment across four floors in addition to the roof with PREAH selected to deliver the mechanical package consisting of:
- Replacement ventilation systems
- VRF air conditioning systems
- Plumbing
- Building management system
This complete Design and Build project for PREAH is due to begin shortly and we look forward to work commencing.
